Cancellation Policy

Before booking, understand that the following will apply to all booked appointments.

  • 0% will be owed if canceled before the 24 hour window of your appointment.

  • 80% of your total requested services will be owed if canceled within the 24 hour window of your appointment.

  • 100% of your total requested services will be owed for all No Shows

  • 100% of total requested services will be owed for all Last Minute Rescheduling.

  • (Note:) If that schedule service was already prepaid in full, the rescheduled date will also need payment for the day of service.
